1. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from RoyalCarHub, the following conditions must be met:

• The Renter must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid Original CNIC or Passport is required.
• A valid Pakistani Driving License or International Permit is mandatory.
• The Renter must provide a refundable security deposit at the time of pickup.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made online or through our WhatsApp hotline. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.

3. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided on a "Full-to-Full" or same level basis. The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the time of pickup. If the fuel is less, the Renter will be charged at the current market rate plus a service fee.

4. Usage & Restictions

• Off-road driving is strictly prohibited unless the vehicle is specifically rented for that purpose.
• Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the vehicles.
• The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or sub-renting.
• The vehicle should be driven only within the agreed boundaries.

5. Insurance & Damages

Standard insurance covers accidental damage and theft. However, the Renter is responsible for any "Excess" or "Deductible" amount. Damages caused by negligence, overspeeding, or driving under the influence are not covered by insurance and must be paid in full by the Renter.
